REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Seenu Beauty, we prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. RETURN WINDOW We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. HYGIENE RESTRICTIONS (IMPORTANT) Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetics products:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Hair care tools and accessories must be in their original, untampered box.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, inform our delivery representative immediately or contact us within 24 hours.

4. RETURN PROCESS & FEES Since we manage our own logistics:

  • On-the-Spot: No fee if returned to the driver at the time of delivery due to damage.

  • Scheduled Collection: If a return is requested after delivery, a collection fee of AED 15 will apply to cover transportation within Dubai or Sharjah.

5. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via store credit or original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
